WHY THIS GIFT SET EXISTS

Upendi Skin was created by Leila — a Somali-British mother, registered social worker, and wellness founder who spent years healing her own severe acne and her son's eczema through natural ingredients rooted in East African heritage.

After long-term antibiotics damaged her gut and disrupted her hormones, Leila went back to nature — to the unrefined butters, herbs and whole ingredients that African women have used for generations. The butter in this set is the formulation that healed her son's eczema when steroids had made it worse. The honey is from a beekeeper she knows personally in Walthamstow.

YOUR DAILY RITUAL

Morning: Warm water with a teaspoon of raw honey and lemon. Apply Upendi butter to slightly damp skin.

Evening: Warm damp muslin cloth to cleanse. Apply a fresh layer of butter to damp skin overnight.

Weekly: Honey and turmeric face mask, removed with the warm muslin cloth.
