We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK. International customers will need to meet a minimum order of £100 for free shipping.

Protective Packaging & Handling Breakages:

We take great care in ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed with protective materials, including bubble wrap and secure padding, to prevent damage during transit.

However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
  2. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged item at no additional cost.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

1. Weight of the Product:

  • A 200ml glass container typically weighs about 200-250 grams depending on the design and thickness of the glass.

2. Packaging Weight:

  • For packaging, including a padded envelope or box, bubble wrap, and other protective materials, you could expect an additional 150-300 grams depending on how securely it’s packed.

Total Estimated Weight:

  • 200ml glass jar + packaging = approximately 350-550 grams (0.35kg to 0.55kg).

3. Royal Mail Shipping Costs (as of 2025):

For UK shipments, here are the estimated prices for Royal Mail based on weight:

  • Standard UK Delivery (up to 500g): around £3.00 - £4.00.
  • Tracked & Signed (up to 500g): around £4.50 - £6.00.
  • Special Delivery (Next Day): for heavier packages or faster delivery, it could cost £8.00 - £10.00 for items around 500g to 1kg.

For international shipments, prices vary based on the destination. For example:

  • Europe (up to 500g): around £9.00 - £12.00.
  • International (up to 500g): around £12.00 - £15.00.
